An Alternative to Dieting

If you are someone who is seeking accelerated methods of losing weight, there is a good chance that you have looked into some pretty extreme diets in the past.

There are so many diets out there and it can be difficult, on occasion, to determine just which one is the one you want to commit yourself to for any extended period of time.

And that is just what Danial Winston decided to do when she found a diet that was built around the concept of eating bizarre combinations of food (like bananas and hot dogs, for example) at a rate that would be equivalent to fewer than fourteen hundred calories consumed every day.

The diet claimed that not only would the people who participated in it lose weight, they would also lose the weight they wanted to she with a great sense of expediency. But Winston noted that the diet only ever made her feel sick so she knew it was not the diet that was best suited to her.

Her solution to this problem was to abandon the idea of going on a diet altogether. While this decision is certainly an unconventional one and almost assuredly one that she would be advised against in the most likely of scenarios, it ended up paying off for her.

Winston instead decided to stick to a strict regimen of exercising that would occur in a daily manner and mostly through the concept of workout DVDs. And it has certainly paid off for her!

While going on a diet has worked for many people who wish to lose weight in the past, the story of Danial Winston should be one that people remember when they decide to embark on their own weight loss journey. The moral of the story is that not everyone experiences the same benefits and losses as a result of working out.
